So if anything both parties are at fault here. This was a unique item that doesn't fit with the normal diecast on the pegs. It needs to have its own location and it doesn't really fit anywhere unless they tried to fit it in with the oversized or in a special display. It also has a higher price point than the diecast or oversized line. This may end up being one of those items that can only be found online. In that case, Mattel may not do another one, or they may try something different next year. The best option would probably be a retailer exclusive.
