It was only a month ago that we thought the remaining haulers might not make it to the store, but now it looks like the haulers are not Internet only after all. 3 new haulers are now showing up at retail, Octane Gain, Leak Less and Jerry “Recycled” Batteries.
Jerry is different from the other haulers as you can see in this photo from San Diego Comic Con last year. His trailer pulls back to reveal the cargo inside. Also, remember that Jerry was designed by John Lasseter’s son.
Can anyone who bought the other ones tell me if they are the same or different from the other haulers? I really like the haulers, but I hope that Mattel can find a way to change them up somehow in the future. It looks like Jerry is a step in the right direction.
To all those true Cars collectors – if you are trying to get all the haulers, go to http://www.target.com to pre-order the old & new ones not yet released. The only one not offered is the Wally Hauler for obvious reasons. I’m tired of paying 2 – 3 times the actual cost to get them off of eBay.

Jerry Batteries cab is a bit too small, actually all the cabs are too narrow, or maybe the trailer is too wide.
Well, I mean different inside the trailers. Mack is different, as well as Jerry. But all the team haulers are the same. It would be nice if they had some variation as well.
I’m not sure how Mattel could change the haulers since there are only a few body styles of semis out there. Other than paint and aftermarket accessories all the trucks look the same now days.
I have been able to pick these up all locally. Just keep looking! Jerry and Leakless Haulers at Walmart, and Octane Gain, believe it or not, at a K-mart, where they had 2, mixed with Chick and Rusteze Haulers.
Scooby, you are right. I looked at the pics of Gil again, he is different from Jerry and the other haulers. I am disappointed that all the team haulers are the same. I hope Mattel can change them up somehow.
I picked up Leakless and Jerry haulers at Target yesterday. They appear to be the same as the others…. only of course Jerry is a tad smaller, since he’s a Peterbilt. I haven’t opened them yet.
Correction: Gil’s trailer works differently from Jerry and the others. Roof and 1 side switch open.
Expect all the team haulers to be the same. Same cabin and same “opening-on-both-sides” hauler. Only different facial expressions.
Gil (hauler #7) will be different. It’s a Peterbilt just like Jerry (“I’m not a Mack, I’m a Peterbilt”) but with a different, larger cabin than Jerry. Hauler looks similar in operation to Jerry.
