  The ones on eBay are usually either prototypes, early releases overseas, stolen from the factory or early pre-sales. It exists or we would not have pictures. It should be out at some point we just don’t know when or where. There are 2 boxsets coming, but the ambulance is not in the ones announced so far.
  
  Entertainment Earth has it listed here. They show a picture but they don’t say what is in the case. Scheduled for this month.
