More Look My Eyes Change Cars are arriving with case B which should be out soon. There are 2 interesting items in case B. One, the chase Car, with non-lenticular eyes, is Dinoco McQueen with Piston Cup included. This one was previewed almost a year ago at San Diego. The image at left was taken at San Diego. From the pictures I’ve seen on the Internet already, the final version does not have the Dinoco logo on the spoiler.
The second is the return of regular Sarge, although it will probably be considered a variant since his eyes do change. If you are paying attention, you know that Sarge has not reappeared since the 2007 recall until Salutin’ Sarge, the chase Car in case A.
So yeah, although I think they are a bad idea, they do seem to be flying off shelves, except for McQueen, which was 9 per case in case A. It looks like they are getting smarter by only putting 5 McQueen’s in case B. I do like the chase Cars though, if they weren’t so hard to find.

Went to the big 4 this morning and K-mart had the lenticular eyes in the small check-out aisle packaging. So now you have to buy the new smaller and now the smallest packaging from K-mart. Didn’t see Sarge or Mario so I’m not sure if they are in check-out aisle packaging.
You are right about this line being a bad idea, especially since they cost more than the regular line. I noticed the chase cars without the lenticular eyes caost the same as the one with lenticular eyes, a sneaky way to raise the price perhaps?
