Many of the Speedway of the South or San Diego Comic Con cars have come out in other sets in one form or another, so if you don't get a Target exclusive there is a good chance that 1 new car in that set will show up later in something else. If your not lucky enough to be there when they first hit the shelves, you almost never get them in the stores. I always have to buy most of my Target exclusive Cars toys on eBay at inflated prices because the collectors go in and horde all of them. I just really don't understand why any of these toys have to go to one particular retailer anyway. The sad thing about all of the Target exclusives is they never carry enough inventory to go around.
