If you’ve been following along, you may have noticed, there are a lot of diecast Cars coming this Fall. One of the series we will be seeing a lot of is from Mater’s Tall Tales. All of what we have seen so far has been from Rescue Squad Mater and Mater the Greater.
Here are some new pictures of 2 boxsets coming from Rescue Squad Mater.

Burnt Lightning McQueen, Dr. Mater and Nurse Mia and Tia
I don’t know much about these at this point, My guess is that these will probably only be available in the boxsets and not as singles, but if more show up from Rescue Squad Mater they will be released as singles. There will be more coming though, as we have already seen pics of the 2 pittys and the ambulance which are not shown here. Of course, it is possible that there could be additional boxsets coming and none of these will be released as singles.
I feel sorry for Mcqueen because he got burnt during the fire scene in the short.
Mattel is really hitting a home run with these solid sets. I don’t mind getting more Maters and Mia and Tia’s as long as they are as nice as these, not to mention the packaging is top notch.
