This is just a reminder that the exclusive Kmart CARS Collector Event is back, and will be in-stores tomorrow, Saturday, October 17th at 11:00 am. Collectors could also pre-order a limited quantity of this special case of Pixar CARS Character Cars on-line at Kmart.com starting on 9/27 at 10am.
Each 24 pack case contains 19 Kmart exclusive racer vehicles with Real Synthetic Rubber Tires (7 different characters). The Kmart exclusive vehicles with real synthetic rubber tires include:

I don’t expect this will be much different from the Cars Collector Day this summer. Probably even less of an event since the Cars aren’t as exciting this time around. However, I will be going tomorrow to pick up the racers. Let us know how your experience was in the comments.
I stopped at a K-Mart in Rockford, Ill and they had at least 50 collector day cars on the shelf, one of the ladies that worked there said only 1 person showed up for the event.
Went a week later to Kmart, they had 6 of the 7 out. Asked an employee, he went to the back and got me 2 of the 7th car, Vinyl Toupee. Nice
My friends and I drove to Walla Walla, WA. for our cars. We were the only ones at that Kmart. They still gave us tickets for the event…They had 6 cases. Obviously I got all the ones I needed!
Didn’t get a chance to get to the Collector days, but I have seen a few High Dive Maters showing up at Target and I don’t believe I have seen him mentioned here yet.
I was in Boy Scout training all day Saturday but found a K-mart in Winter Garden, Florida at 5pm. Had all I needed plus at least 4 boxes not opened. Went to my K-mart this morning and they had saved me a poster; plus my regular contact had held the stock over from Saturday so I could check it out before they went up on the regular pegs.
Get to know the people at the Big 4. Straighten the counters everytime you go in; they will know who you are and what you are there for. Every clerk at TRU always asks me, “Did you find anything today?” They are our friends!
I had to go to two different K-Marts today but got all mine.
Had my mom and sister-in-law go for me as I was traveling. They were the only ones there for the event and got all of the racers for only 1.99 each.

I got off work at 1pm and got to K-Mart on the West side of Indianapolis..They were sold out, the customer service lady told me they went fast. Will be checking back all week after work.
Wow David that sucks.. Here it is Monday October 19th and one of our stores here in Colorado Springs, CO still had bins and bins full. Hopefully you find them

I was there with 7 other people at a store in Cleveland, Ohio. They handed out tickets and everything went smoothly and I even got a poster this time!
We went today and it was a success also for us. We got everything we wanted and then some. We had one happy 11 year old boy
I went to Kmart today at 11 AM. They were slow in getting everything out but they finally brought out 4 cases. There were 2 others there besides myself, and then later a fourth person came over. So there were 4 guests with one case each.
She put the cases out and said we could come up. But she did not open the cases. She told us she could not per the rules because the collectors were supposed to do that. Luckily, I had a pocket knife with me or we would have been in trouble. How absurd!
I got my Cars and then headed to the registers, but the Cars did not ring up. So we had to wait while they got the prices and rang them up, which seemed like forever.
So compared to June, there were more people, but they were less prepared this time, I thought. I think there were more people because they had seen the ad.
All the cases had the same assortment. Some of the rubber tire cars had 3 and some had 2 of each. The rest were lenticular Cars.
Had a okay turn out in Ontario, CA. Had 5 or 6 people. One German guy spent $385.00. He took all the cars that were left. Keep your eyes on eBay.
We went got our tickets that we nver got before but someone new was doing it and we got our car we needed and went to go check out and it came up for 1.00 so i went back and got the rest of the racers even though we already had them but for a dollar i couldnt go wrong. Maybe 6 people showed up for the event
I couple people said they got them for $1.00 that is amazing. I got mine for $2.99 so I can’t complain because a lot of people paid $3.69.
Not much to get excited about with this one. Nothing new and only a couple I was interested in. Great to finally get Re-volting; I was not willing to by the three other cars which we already have duplicates of in the Target exclusive pack he was offered in. Nice to have N2O Cola as the one we have is in collector’s cas. I would’ve liked to see Sidewall Shine in three.
Nice and easy this year. The store had 20 cases and there were only 17 people. I picked up 3 of each of the racers. We got a poster too. I saw one lady buy 4 cases. ???
Not as exciting as the summer event, but it was nice to get the new cars. Looks like the supply will outweigh the demand this time.
Went today, good turnout, better than the one earlier this year.
