Picked up two gift packs at Target. $30 each is a bit steep ($5 per car, where regular cars run around $3.50), but this will be a good Christmas gift. I even broke my “no Christmas until after Thanksgiving” rule for these.

Had a Scouting weekend so last Thursday night I did the stock # check and the sweet girl found them in the stockroom just like the price check machine said she would. Got 2 Six Packs for me and the Grandson. He will display them with his Hallmark McQueens from the last 3 years.

for anyone who can’t find the set you can look in target’s seasonal aisles where they keep the christmas candy and trinkets. they have them all individually packaged but they are $6 each f.y.i.
i had thought about getting them but frankly i realized why? my kid can’t play with these year round because it would look silly. i buy toys to be toys.

And I have the answer to “Why would anyone buy the singles”:
Because the set costs 30 bucks. It’s not a rip-off, but…it’s 30 bucks.

Doc and Sheriff are our favorite characters anyway, so we just picked up those two for now. The wreath on Doc’s grille is a hoot.

went to 3 different targets today. I found 1 store that had 2 Christmas lightning mcqueens but nothing else.
