New look my eyes change Cars are out with a packaging change. These are not Final Lap Cars, but they have the new nighttime skyline packaging. The chase Car is Darrell Cartrip with a silver Ransburg paintjob. I believe these are showing up at Walmart first.

Finally found chase Ransburg Darrell today. Can anyone tell a difference between the chase and the regular release? I will have to dig it out and look, but at first glance, it looks the same to me.
The chase paint job seems smoother. The original seems grainey or bumpey or metallic.
I noticed Chase Darrell in many places now. Really these are updated from previous “eyes” assortments.Instead of blinking the eyes tend to move side to side.Looks good, no doubt. The new style is obviously much more better.
Just found Darrell Cartrip @ Toy-R-Us today in Oklahoma City. Also got the Cars christmas ornament cars as well. Did see the christmas Mater though (saw on previous page). they’re $7 each though. It seems like this stuff just keeps getting more and more expensive. Starting to get too high and then all the variations of the same cars. Almost feel like in some way they’re taking advantage of it.
I found Chase Darrell at Sears of all places.
only found at TRU in central pa. I have not seen them at WM. My wm’s have just put out the blue skids of old lenticulars.
Found Darrell Cartrip At Meijer.
I noticed a sealed E case at a Toys R Us store in the Dayton, Ohio area Saturday afternoon. I asked an employee if they would get it down for me… they did… I like these new style lenticulars – I’ll probably get rid of the old version. I saw 8 of the lenticular 4 pack with View Zeen at 1 Target – I left them all.. $14.99 for one uncommon Car is not a good deal – I might consider it at the Black Friday $7.49 price… And if it were a non-lenticular 4 pack with View Zeen, I’d possibly pay $14.99 for the set.
You may also note that the all the cars on these new updated cards are different from previous “eyes” assortments. The eyes now move from side to side, instead of blinking. If you collect all the variations…this is getting ridiculous. They DO look better though. Also…Target has gotten “eyes” box sets with ViewZeen, and other Piston Cup racers.
